Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-30
These terms govern your use of vltsco.ca and VLTSCO courses, assessments, books, tools and the AI Academy (together, the services). By creating an account or using the services you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Who we are
VLTSCO — Virtual Language Training and Settlement Coaching Organization is the educational brand operated by VLTS Language & Translation Limited. Business address: 2 David Eyer Road, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada. For questions, contact info@vltsco.ca.
Your account
You must give accurate information when you register, keep your sign-in details secure, and use your account only for yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to register independently. If you are younger than 18, a parent or legal guardian must authorize participation; contact VLTSCO before registering.
Educational services, not official results
Our courses, mock tests, placement and assessment tools, and feedback are educational practice. They are not official IELTS, PTE Core, CELPIP, CAEL or TOEFL results and are not issued or endorsed by any test owner. We do not guarantee any examination result, immigration outcome, admission or job. Do not rely on a practice result as the sole basis for an immigration, admission, employment or other high-stakes decision.
What you submit
Exam-style tasks, essays, answers and recordings you submit are ordinary educational submissions. We treat them as hypothetical practice content. You are responsible for what you submit, and VLTSCO does not verify whether the statements in your answers are factually accurate.
Write about the task. Please do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else, such as identification numbers, financial, medical or immigration records, or passwords.
You keep ownership of your submissions. You give VLTSCO permission to store, process and display them to you, to the instructors and reviewers assigned to your course, and to authorized VLTSCO staff, so that we can provide the services described in these terms.
Assessment, feedback and progress tracking
When you complete tasks we assess your work, give you feedback, suggest practice, and track your progress over time. Feedback may be written by an instructor or generated by software, and we say which when it matters. Scores and bands are practice results that can differ from an official examiner's, and comparisons between two tasks are indicative only because tasks differ in difficulty. Recommendations are suggestions, not promises.
Paid courses and access
Prices, the access period and any renewal terms are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card number. Monthly plans renew until you cancel and stay active to the end of the period you paid for; prepaid access is normally non-refundable once access is granted, as stated at checkout. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law that applies to you. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Acceptable use
Do not share your account or course access, copy or resell our materials, submit unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or try to disrupt or bypass the security or usage limits of the services.
Our materials
Books, lessons, frameworks, questions, feedback and other course materials belong to VLTSCO or its licensors. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, publish or resell them without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
We take reasonable care to provide the services, but we provide them as available and cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, VLTSCO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, income or exam outcome, and our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Suspension, ending and deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@vltsco.ca. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the services or other users. What happens to your data when an account is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and make reasonable efforts to tell account holders about material changes. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere. Questions: info@vltsco.ca.
